How to start a rock collection

First, take a box and put cardboard dividers in it. Make sure that you label the compartments.

Then find some rocks that interest you.

Identify the rocks.

Put the rocks in the box. Right down the names of the rock and what compartment they are in. Also write down the class that a rock is in, when it was found, and other information.
